Cinderella is based on the fairy tale "Cinderella" by Charles Perrault, which first debuted on February 15, 1950, and has remained a wonderful classic film to this day. The movie received three Academy Award nominations for Best Sound, Original Music Score and Best Song for "Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo".
Interestingly enough, this film was originally made as part of Disney's "Laugh-O-Gram" shorts in 1922, where he later produced the film in 1950 as a feature length animated film. Cinderella featured the first "princess protagonist" since Snow White (1937), and marked the beginning of the Disney "Princess era" that featured the female protagonists of the story.
All of these pieces are original vintage production cels from the 1950 feature film, "Cinderellla". There are no reproductions, limited editions, or seri-cels. All of my artwork is 100% original.
