This is one exquisite piece of a lovely young bare-chested female Centaurette created by Disney Concept artist Sylvia Holland. Sylvia Holland is most well-known for her work on the Pastoral scene from Disney's Fantasia with the designs of the Centaurettes.
Sylvia Holland is also featured in a section of John Canemaker's book "Before the Animation Begins". One section of the book states “she came as close as anyone of her sex ever has at the Disney studio to the position of director."
