The very first color Mickey ever made! I am still in utter SHOCK that I managed to find this original vintage piece of Mickey Mouse from the famous "Band Concert", where he is a conductor playing the famous masterpiece, William Tell overture. What is so impressive is that this is the first time they introduced Technicolor into their animation, marking a brand new path in animation history! This cel is in the original ABSOLUTELY stunning condition, especially for its age! I know only of one other original cel from this sequence that ever survived. Comes with COA and all paperwork.

Mickey Mouse is one of the main icons of the Walt Disney Studio. He first made his public debut in the animated short called "Steamboat Willie", on November 18, 1928. "The Band Concert", is the very first color film of Mickey that was made back in 1935. A truly wonderful classic and important piece from our animation history!
